Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are non-negotiable.

  • There will be no compromise on Package prices because we do not comprise on the quality of our deliverables.

  • A non-refundable advance is collected as a token of confirmation to block your session slot.

  • The remaining payment is to be made on or before the day of the shoot.

  • Booking amount is transferable for a postponed shoot only if notified a week in advance and the new shoot date has to be scheduled within 3 month of the actual shoot date or the advance is deemed cancelled and re booking will be necessary if so.

  • The booking amount is non-refundable.

  • The outdoor location or venue charges are paid by client. And please note, we only shoot in locations where photography is permitted.

  • All the images provided for selection will be low resolution watermarked jpegs only. We don’t share RAW files at any cost.

  • Minimum delivery time of the final hand retouched images is 21 days post selection by client. You can opt for priority edit add-on (₹3,000) incase of urgency.

  • Post processing begins only after full payment.

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Elaborate theme decorations and any special shoot related disposable prop such as balloons, fresh flowers, cakes etc to be paid by the client.

  • Photographer can opt to withdraw from the shoot anytime post booking along with the refund if the consequences do not support.

  • Privacy & Image Usage

    We share selected images from our sessions on our website and social platforms to showcase our work and help future clients understand our style and quality.

    We completely respect your preference for privacy and offer the following options:

    60-Day Hold - Your images will not be shared for 60 days after the shoot. After this period, we may feature them.

    No additional charge.

    Full Privacy (NDA) - If you prefer your images to never be shared, this option is available at an additional 30% of your package value.
