Note : Wardrobe availability is confirmed prior to your session. Hair, Makeup, newly commissioned sets, disposables like cake, balloons etc and any special materials/equipments bought or hired specifically for your session are optional extras.

The applicable location fee is charged once. Travel, stay, venue fees and permissions are additional, with costs agreed in advance. The scope of an extra slot is confirmed in writing; a separate milestone or chapter requires a separate session.
Booking & Session Details
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Booking and payment
1
A non-refundable booking advance of 50% of the finalised collection reserves your slot. The amount and full session quote are shared before payment. The balance is due on or before the shoot date. Post-production begins after full payment.
Collection prices are fixed. All chosen extras and applicable charges are itemised before booking. Future price changes do not alter your confirmed booking.
Any one-off session booked is valid for 3 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling and
unexpected changes

With at least seven days’ notice, your booking advance can transfer to an available date within three months of the original session. If that period passes without a rescheduled session, a fresh booking is required. The advance remains non-refundable.
For sudden illness, a changed delivery date or hospital restrictions, contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the available arrangements. If Studio Gaffy cannot fulfil a session in exceptional circumstances, payments for that session will be refunded.
Selection, editing and delivery

Your selection gallery contains low-resolution, watermarked JPEG previews. Only the included or additionally purchased photographs are supplied as finished, high-resolution files. Camera RAW files are not shared under any circumstance.
Final retouched images are delivered in 21 days after your final selection and full payment for retouched digital photographs. The expected delivery date is confirmed with your selection in case of additional images purchased. Albums and frames enter production after retouched images are shared. The prints delivery timeline range between 30-60 days and is informed duly. For priority prints, reach out to the team.
Image selection must be completed within 60 days from the date the selection gallery/link is shared. In the event that the client fails to complete the selection within the stipulated timeline, we reserve the right to make the final image selections on the client’s behalf and proceed with the editing and delivery process accordingly.

Family participation is included as described in your collection. Please confirm everyone attending before booking. Grandparents and extended families can be added and quoted seperately.

Extra time, staffing or production outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Please arrive at your confirmed time; late arrival may reduce the available coverage. Outfits, sets and special requests are finalised before the session. Outdoor and hospital sessions require permission from the relevant venue or care team.
Privacy & image sharing

Your family’s photographs are personal, and we want you to feel comfortable with how they are used.
Sharing a small selection of our work helps other families discover Studio Gaffy and understand our approach. Before your session, we’ll discuss your preferences and record your permission.
A little time before sharing
If you’d like time to enjoy your photographs privately or make your own announcement, you can choose a 60-day sharing hold at no additional cost. After this period, we may share selected photographs or videos on our website and social channels, within the permission you have given us.
Keeping your session private
If you prefer your session photographs and videos to remain outside our public portfolio and marketing, our full-privacy option is available at an additional 30% of your collection price, agreed before booking.
Your session receives the same care, attention and quality whichever option you choose.
A few thoughtful details
We ask for a parent or legal guardian’s permission before sharing photographs of children, and permission from the adults pictured. We won’t tag your account or publish identifying details about your child without separate permission.
Private sessions may still involve the team and service providers needed for editing, gallery delivery and printing. Full privacy refers to public sharing and promotional use.
If your preferences change
Please contact us at enquire.studiogaffy@gmail.com. You can withdraw permission for future promotional use, and we’ll arrange removal from channels we control. We cannot guarantee removal of copies already shared by others or printed materials already distributed.

Sessions are photographed by appointment at our independent portrait house designed especially for this - near Lalbagh west gate, in South Bangalore.

That is expected. We leave room for feeds, feelings, shyness and settling in. Children are never asked to perform on a fixed schedule.
