Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are non-negotiable.

  • There will be an additional charges of ₹9,000 in case of twins in any of the packages above.

  • There will be no compromise on Package prices because we do not compromise on the quality of our deliverables.

  • A non-refundable advance of ₹10,000 is collected as a token of confirmation to block your session slot.

  • The remaining payment is to be made on the day of the shoot.

  • Booking amount is transferable for a postponed shoot if notified a week in advance.

  • The booking amount is non-refundable.

  • The outdoor location or venue charges are paid by client. We only shoot where photography is permitted.

  • All the images provided for selection will be low resolution watermarked jpegs only. We don’t give RAW images at any cost.

  • Minimum delivery time is 2-3 weeks post selection by client. You can opt for priority edit add-on (₹3,000) in case of urgency.

  • Post processing begins only after full payment.

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Elaborate theme decorations such as balloons, fresh flowers, cakes to be paid by the client.

  • The photographer reserves the right to post pictures from the session in various online platforms, competitions, websites etc. You can have 100% copyright to the pictures and stay out of social media by paying an additional amount of Rs. 10,000/- towards the same.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw in exceptional cases, with full refund.
